These are a few of the things that continue to inspire me…
- Music, although it may seem a basic answer, I have always been surrounded with music. I still remember my mum playing chasing pavements repeatedly when I was a child and she made up her own lullaby’s for me. Road trips, holidays and even the bad memories have song associated with them in my mind
- Comedians and character actors. The likes of Jim Carrey, Mike Myers and Robin Williams have all inspired me. The fact that these actors can morph from one extreme character to another through voice and physicality has always mesmerised me.
- Iconic pop culture moments. I was obsessed with Disney as a child and then came my obsession with Disney kids going off the rails. These moments became fairly iconic, for example Lindsay Lohans arrest. The way these individuals were portrayed in the media is fascinating to me and how these moments have changed over time to go from being someones low point to now their entire brand.
